Due to increased production demand and business development needs, we are looking for an experienced Broker to join our team.

8 Hrs


  • Prepare and process import/export documents and other forms on behalf of the corporate according to customs regulations, laws, and procedures

  • Sign import/export documents on behalf of the corporate, using the power of attorney

  • Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage and transportation of imported goods and bonds to cover duty goods

  • Quote duty and tax rates on commodities

  • Provide advice to corporate on export and import restrictions, tariff systems, letters of credit, insurance requirements and other custom related matters

  • Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance, and rating compliance

  • Participate fully with other team members in the day-to-day operations of the team, including setting priorities, organizing, and scheduling work, coordinating with others, problem-solving and decision-making, participating in meetings and handling special projects

  • Any other duties assigned by the CEO and corporate.


  • Diploma/degree in international business/customs field, or equivalent work experience

  • 2 years of experience as a customs broker, familiar with Customs Tariff

  • Familiar with import and export policy in Canada and US

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel

  • Having a license is an asset.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese

  • Able to do multi-tasks, focus on details and work independently

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
