SLICED BEEF AND LAMB PROGRAM

Wet Aging:

In order to maintain consistent flavor in our meat roll products, we have added a 21-day wet aging process. In a specific temperature and humidity environment, the meat is allowed to fully release amino acids, while the muscle fibers are relaxed and gradually rebounded, thereby stimulating a richer layering in flavor and texture.


Fat Trimming:

We aim to provide consumers with healthier food while enjoying delicious cuisine, we have established strict standards for controlling fat. We remove most of the outer layer of fat, while retaining the appropriate amount of intermuscular fat and oil. This meticulous operation allows consumers to consume less fat while enjoying a more fragrant and richer flavor.


Manually Slicing:

Our company has introduced a comprehensive quality monitoring system throughout the production process and has established detailed quality criteria for our meat rolls. Any issues such as discoloration, collapse, breakage, or failure to meet size standards are deemed product defects and are disposed of by our quality assurance team. Each step is so strictly controlled to ensure that the final products have the satisfying appearance, fresh color, and appealing marble texture. We promise that every final product will have a high-standard appearance, color, size, and pattern.
